Our team currently consists of four advisors, Stacey S. Hyde, CPA, CFA®, CFP®, Hulon Warlick, CRC®, Hugh H. (Hank) Parks, CFP®, and Clay Chapman. Stacey and Hulon have been working as a team for about 15 years, while Hank merged Lifetime Planning with Independent Wealth Management in 2014.
Stacey Hyde, CPA, CFA®, CFP®

Stacey graduated with a banking and finance degree from Ole Miss and began her career in the Municipal Finance Consulting Group of Ernst & Young. During her E&Y tenure, she earned her CPA designation. After E&Y, Stacey began her work in the financial planning and wealth management industry, earning her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM and Chartered Financial Analyst® certifications. By bringing together investment management and financial planning, Stacey can help clients create a road map toward achieving their financial and nonfinancial goals, whether those include retirement planning, college planning, estate planning, or a career change. In addition, Stacey works with employers to design retirement plans that help their employees retire ready while being cost-effective and easy to administer. Stacey has been named a Five Star Wealth Manager* by Memphis Magazine for the past six years and was named a “Best in State Wealth Advisor” by Forbes Magazine in February 2018.
In her free time, Stacey and her husband, Robert, enjoy cycling, tennis, skiing and hiking. Stacey completed her first (and last) Ironman in May 2013. Stacey and Robert have two college age children, Kayce and Sam. Stacey is currently serving as an Elder at Hope Presbyterian Church, and she serves on the Development Board for the Church Health Center.

Hulon Warlick, CRC®
Hulon graduated with a BBA from Ole Miss and has earned his Certified Retirement Counselor® designation.
Hulon works with clients, advising and implementing strategies that take into consideration the objectives and risk tolerances pertinent to each individual. He works with all clients on a continuous basis by meeting with them regularly to keep them on track and focused on their long-term goals. Determining each client's risk tolerance and long-term goals, while stressing the importance of diversification, is paramount to his practice. With every recommendation and portfolio review, he pays close attention to clients' financial goals and personal circumstances and works to minimize risk while preserving their wealth. Hulon helps clients address their financial needs by serving clients with retirement planning, investment management, income solutions, and education planning.
Hulon is a native Memphian and attends the Second Presbyterian Church. He is passionate about speckled trout fishing and enjoys duck hunting as well.
Hugh H. (Hank) Parks, CFP®
Hank has had a distinguished career in the financial services industry, including more than forty years in the banking, financial planning, and securities fields. For twenty-six years, Hank provided personal planning services through Lifetime Planning, Inc. Created in 1985, Lifetime Planning fulfilled Hank’s mission of providing fee-only financial planning for individuals and families. In addition, Hank is a member of both the local and the national chapters of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
Hank received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi, where he also lettered in football. Prior to his professional commitment to the financial planning industry, Hank began his career in finance as a bank examiner with the Comptroller of the Currency, an agency of the United States Treasury Department. He received his initial securities training at Merrill Lynch, where he was an account executive for two years. He was a financial planning consultant for the Memphis office of Ernst & Young and was a financial planner at Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc. during the years 1982 through 1984. In April 1984, Hank completed his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ requirements with the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado.
Hank also was named a Five Star Wealth Manager* by Memphis Magazine for the years 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015. In addition to his financial planning practice, Hank has enjoyed serving on the boards of Presbyterian Day School, Second Presbyterian Church, University of Mississippi, and the Hope Christian Community Foundation. Hank served as the chief financial officer of the Hope Christian Community Foundation from its inception in October 1998 until October 2000. Finally, he is the proud father of William, Andrew, Michael, and Elizabeth.

Clay is a native Memphian and graduate of the University of Mississippi. He began his career working for a regional broker/dealer specializing in fixed income securities and more recently as an investment research analyst for a private wealth management firm in Memphis.
Currently, Clay serves IWM’s clients as the investment officer and portfolio manager. His duties include overseeing the firm’s investment process through manager due diligence, monitoring/trading of model portfolios, and client investment planning. In addition, Clay serves as an advisor to participants in the firm’s retirement plan consulting services. Clay currently holds his FINRA Series 7, Series 66, and Series 63 registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network® and is also a candidate for the CFA® Level II exam.
In his free time, Clay enjoys playing golf and cooking with friends and family. He and his wife, Margot, have a cockapoo named Ruffin and are expecting their first child in November.
Debbie grew up in Memphis and graduated from the University of Memphis with a BS in elementary education. She began her career teaching first grade and spent the last several years substituting for Shelby County and Bartlett City schools, working for the Shelby County Election Commision, and hostessing for Chick-fil-A. During the "between" years, she concentrated on being a mom and taught private piano lessons in her home.
As administrative assistant, Debbie maintains client files and assists with daily operations at IWM.
Debbie and her husband, Keith, are blessed to be the parents of Morgan; Lauren and her husband, Jeff; and Nick and his wife, Bethany. They are members of Waypoint Baptist Church in Bartlett, where Debbie sings on the Praise Team and works in the Children's Ministry.
Atalya grew up in the Mississippi Delta region of Mound Bayou, MS, where she graduated from Delta State University with a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. From there she went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Higher and Post-Secondary Education from Argosy University. She began her career working with a non-profit organization integrating technology into emerging schools. She has spent the last several years teaching Business, Marketing & Management classes to high school students in the Cleveland, MS and Memphis, TN areas.
As an Administrative Assistant with Independent Wealth Management, she is responsible for maintaining client files; managing calendars; meeting arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; supporting staff; and customer relations.
Atalya enjoys spending time with her daughter Marci, as well as her family. She is a member of the First Baptist Church in Mound Bayou, MS. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
